We are Romi and Travis, hopeful intended parents who dream to expand our family. We always knew creating our family would look different and have been incredibly blessed to already have our son, Miles, through surrogacy. Romi was born with cystic fibrosis and has had a double lung transplant, so carrying a pregnancy has never been an option for her.
We were fortunate enough to connect with a local superhero for our first surrogacy journey and had a beautiful experience bringing Miles into the world. Watching our surrogate give birth and hand over our son for our first cuddle was the most wonderful experience of our lives. We still have 5 frozen, tested embryos and would love to be able to give Miles a sibling and complete our family.
Family means everything to us. We value kindness, honesty, laughter, and creating a home filled with warmth and stability. We look forward to bedtime stories, weekend adventures, birthday traditions, and the everyday moments that make a childhood special. We are very ready to welcome another child into our lives. Emotionally, financially and physically we are able to provide a loving and secure home, already filled with laughter and love.
We live in Perth, Western Australia and are lucky enough to enjoy everything this special place has to offer. We live beachside and have family and friends all within a 15 minute drive. Travis is a Physiotherapist and Romi is a GP (family doctor), so we are fortunate enough to have flexible work schedules with the autonomy to change days/hours as needed. This allows for lots of quality family time together.
We understand that choosing to carry a child for someone else is an incredible commitment. The fact that you are open to helping someone build their family speaks volumes about your strength, compassion, and generosity. As we have already navigated a surrogacy journey, we have a deep understanding of the physical and emotional complexity and promise to approach this journey with transparency, compassion and gratitude.
