Dear Surrogate,

We are Jade & Jean-Philippe, a loving and united couple. We met at university in 2017. We are both very approachable and easy to deal with. We are proud parents of our first child Charlotte who is born in June of 2024. She was made at third try of insemination after nearly three years of waiting and hopping. Charlotte is the fruit of an awesome love between both parents and a deep desire for children. She is fulling our days with love and happiness since then.

After her birth, we very soon wanted to grow the family. By miracle, Jade was naturally pregnant in November of 2024. Unfortunately, a couple of days after her positive pregnancy test, we were faced to a very difficult situation: Jade was diagnosed with a rare condition named Pseudomyxoma Peritonei. We were than forced to abort this so much wanted pregnancy at 8 weeks. After many hospital appointments, tests and discussions with specialized doctors, in January of 2025, Jade have suffered an exhaustive operation in which she unfortunately lost some non-vital organs including her uterus and ovaries. The most important, she is now in very good shape and Charlotte will have the chance to grow with a loving mother. However, we are now mourning the loss of her reproductive organs. Our little one is giving us the courage and the force to go through those difficult moments.

Before the surgery, we were aware of the possibility of this loss, so Jade could perform an egg retrieval surgery. We recently had the chance to fertilize those eggs with J-P’s semen and now have 2 embryos at CREATE fertility centre in Toronto.

It is in this sincere approach that we are looking for you, future surrogate, with all due respect, admiration and acknowledgement for your kind gesture. What we are mostly looking for is to build a relationship based on trust and kindness. We know that this journey will be filled with intimacy and humanity, and we are ready to go forward with the right surrogate, the special one.

You will not be considered as our tool to get to our goal, but rather as a unique and special person with who we will share this enormous adventure. We will take care of you and will support you with a load of gratitude. We will, together, create a beautiful story.
