Meet Thomas & Jorgen

We have been together for five years. Even on our first date, we felt that we were meant for each other and both wanted to spend as much time together as possible. We discovered that we share common interests and have had many adventurous experiences together. From the very beginning, it has been clear to us that we want to start a family with children. Now, we have reached a point where we have bought a house and a cabin, creating the perfect conditions to establish a family. We are very excited about having children!
Jørgen is 30 years old and works as a teacher at an elementary school in Oslo, spending his days in the classroom with 20 young children. He has five years of pedagogical and academic education from university. In the classroom, it is important for Jørgen that the students feel seen, learn in a community, and grow through experiences.
Thomas, 37 years old, holds an MBA in Economics and currently works as the CFO of a company that is implementing a circular solution for the transport of seafood. This initiative aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and waste. Previously, Thomas worked in finance and also had a career as a pilot, flying large passenger planes.

Recently, we took a significant step towards that dream by buying a house and a cabin. These spaces represent our commitment to creating a warm, nurturing environment for our future family. We want our child to have plenty of opportunities to explore their interests, whether in sports, leisure activities, or academics. We can’t wait to see what choices they will make and how they will grow into their own person.
