Hi there! We’re Bill and Catherine, and we’re really looking forward to meeting you!

A little bit about us: We are a typical Canadian couple with a relatively quiet life and a very common story. We met at a common friend’s wedding six years ago and have been inseparable ever since. Catherine works in commercial real estate in downtown Montreal, and Bill works in construction. We both love our jobs but not enough to work them on the weekend! Our typical day starts with our having coffee in the morning and discussing our day. We now live in the suburbs with our dog Finn, a sweet and energetic Australian Shephard and we are now seeking to complete our family! We’ve been trying to have kids for quite a few years now, unfortunately without much success. We underwent IVF treatments five times, and two IUI treatments with no success. We’ve also suffered two miscarriages, which were really tough on us but also brought us closer together. However, we do make lots and lots of embryos, and our last two are now waiting for the right person to support them into life!

On our weekends we will do the typical errands but also enjoy a night out at a nice restaurant and a movie from time to time, and in the winter go out of our way to enjoy the fresh air! We like to go hiking and snow shoeing, and like to go up North for a relaxing spa day in the Norwegian baths. Bill is especially active and likes to keep in great shape. He plays hockey regularly with local dads and enjoys watching football. Catherine takes it easier and likes to curl up with a novel in front of the fireplace, take Finn out for long walks in the forests near our house, and shop online 😊

We are passionate about our home country, Greece, and we visit every year with friends and family. We even got married there and plan to retire there, too. There is something amazing about the fresh air, the excellent food, the clean beaches and friendly people. We also love seeing France when we have the chance. Our last trip there was to Lyon to enjoy the famous Fête des Lumières about three years ago. We’d just love to do all of our travels as a complete family now!
