Hi, we’re Alison and Kevin. We were friends for over 3 years and our friendship turned into a love story. We’ve been together for over 4 years now. The key to our relationship is love and communication. We love spending time together, telling each other about our days in the evening when we get home from work. We’re a close-knit couple, solid and always there for each other.

We can’t wait to become parents. Kévin will be a good dad because he loves to give love. He’s patient and loves looking after children! He’s a teddy bear who’s full of love.

Alison will be a good mom who listens to her child and takes good care of him. She’s overflowing with love. She’s patient and very gentle.

We will both be good parents as we look forward to our child, who will be the dream of our lives!

Alison has MRKH syndrome, born without a uterus. After many years of wondering how to start a family, we came up with the solution of finding a surrogate, which for us is incredible. We think it’s wonderful because our two “genes” will be mixed, and he’ll make the journey for 9 months in another womb. And we think it’s incredible that women are willing to do this, fortunately they’re there to make the dreams of parents who are unable to have a child naturally come true.

We wanted a surrogate who would be gentle and loving. We wanted her to be close to us, to give us news as often as she could. We’d also like to keep in touch with her afterwards, because without her, nothing could happen, and we’ll be grateful to her for life. During the pregnancy, we want someone who is excited to share this journey with us and will communicate with us about the big stuff, and the small things too.

Who is our support system?

~We both listen to each other. We talk about it a lot. Our family and close friends are also a great help.

Can you describe the feeling you get when you hold your baby in your arms?

~We would be happier than ever, it would be the happiest day of our lives !!!!! I think it’s an indescribable feeling and at the same time unique!!!! We can’t wait!!!

On your journey to parenthood, what milestones have you had to overcome? This journey has been difficult, so it’s only natural to express it.

~For now the hardest part has been trusting an agency and a clinic. We live in France and sometimes communication can be more challenging but we are ready to put in the work!

And finally, if your future surrogate saw this message, what’s one thing you’d like her to know:

~We want to say THANK YOU. Thanks to you, we’re going to make our lifelong dream come true. We’ll be grateful to you for the rest of our lives.

What hobbies or traditions do you look forward to sharing with your children?

~Our family meals on Sundays, our walks, our laughter…. We’re simple people, and simple things can be shared too. We love nature and travelling. He’ll be a happy baby, who won’t lack for love and who’ll be raised in joy, love and simplicity, surrounded by people who already love him.
