Dear surrogate,
Ever since we were little, we’ve both always dreamed of becoming dads. When we met in 2019, we immediately fell in love with each other. We quickly realized that we shared the same dream of having a family. Seeing our nephews and nieces grow up, and our friends start their own families, confirmed our desire to build our own.
We entered into a civil partnership in 2021, and are planning to get married in 2025. We spent a lot of time discussing and planning how to expand our family. We have built a life together that allow us to welcome our child into a loving nurturing environment. We aren’t the only ones excited to grow our family, we have the support of both of our families and an amazing group of friends.
We are convinced that surrogacy in Canada is the best option for us, and we want to offer our future child a home filled with love and joy. When we spend time with the children of our family or friends, we can’t wait to share these moments of happiness with our child. Their future grandparents can already imagine having an extra grandchild and sharing beautiful moments with the whole tribe. Our cousins are now almost all parents. Seeing their relationship with their children makes us want to experience this happiness even more. We can only imagine how much we’ll be able to share with our child. We’ll teach them to blossom and become independent. We’ll be there to see them grow up and accompany them in their moments of joy, but also in moments of doubt. This will certainly be complicated at first, as we’ll have to stay up many nights, taking turns to console them and give them all the tenderness they’ll need. We’re well aware of the responsibilities a child entails. We feel ready and eager to become parents, and we’re not afraid of what lies ahead.
We have already taken a trip to Canada to visit Clément’s brother in 2022 to visit the clinic to start the journey. Since then, with the generous help of a donor, we’ve been lucky enough to have 15 embryos, and we’re well aware of the immense generosity involved in being a surrogate mother.
We can’t thank you enough for this extraordinary gift of helping us realize our dream of becoming parents, and we hope that this shared adventure will be as positive and enriching for you as it is for us.
We want to accompany you as best we can throughout this journey. Technology is wonderful and allows us to keep in touch with Clément’s brother, who lives in Montreal with his family. We’re used to the time difference, so it’s not a problem! We’d also like to come to Canada to meet you during the pregnancy, to bond with you and share unforgettable moments. We’re looking for someone we can trust and with whom we can talk freely. You will have a special place in our lives and in the life of our future child. We think it’s important to share our story with our child from the beginning, for them to know who the wonderful person is, who helped us become a family. For us, you’ll be like an aunt or godmother to our child. We want to keep in touch with you after the birth of our baby, so that you can watch him grow up.
We’re just waiting for the person who will make this dream come true.
