I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the outside service providers that we work with. Throughout your journey it will be vital for success that we are remaining close with your doctor, lawyer and other people within your team. This way we will be able to best advocate for your needs, and the needs of your Surrogate! When issues arise between any of these parties; including CFC, we will work quickly to come to a resolution with any affected parties. Our goal is to always foster positive healthy relationships; we will ensure that your rights, and privacy as Intended Parents are protected throughout any conflict that may arise.
Many of our staff have extensive training in customer service, conflict resolution, communication models and file management. We hope that with our great deal of expertise, that we are able to exceed your expectations, as you move through this most intimate journey.
